This is the manager's recommended course, which includes a six-piece sashimi platter, as well as a vibrant sukiyaki of Hokkaido pork loin, grilled silver cod with saikyo miso, and steamed clams in sake, for a luxurious experience that will leave both your body and mind in full bloom.
