This casual course includes seven dishes that bring out the full aroma of the earth, including our signature five-piece sashimi platter, Hokkaido pork grilled on a magnolia leaf to give you a taste of autumn, and kabosu nanbanzuke (pickled kabosu) made with the most recommended seasonal fish of the day.
