This is a Uokichi course packed with the flavors of Hokkaido's winter, starting with an appetizer of monkfish liver with ponzu sauce, followed by a seven-piece sashimi platter with salted sea urchin and live whelks, and local kinki hotpot cooked with Hokkaido miso.Recommended for a slightly luxurious year-end or New Year's party or for entertaining guests.
