Starting with our signature five-piece sashimi platter with fresh salted sea urchin, we have prepared dishes perfect for the season of new shoots, such as porcelain sukiyaki with sakura miso and Furano wagyu beef, butter-grilled sea bass with sea urchin, fried spring mejikali and deep-fried burdock root.This course is ideal for important gatherings and business entertainment.
