For an additional 500 yen on top of the course price, you can also enjoy all-you-can-drink Hokkaido local sake and the Hoka Sour series.
The proud sashimi platter includes a hearty six-piece platter with one whole live abalone per person, as well as homemade egg tofu topped with sea urchin, which builds anticipation from the starter. This is Uokichi's recommended course, which showcases the skills of its chefs and the seasonal flavors of summer.The main dish, seared Kamifurano wagyu beef salad, is a delicacy you won't find anywhere else!
