This course is perfect for a slightly luxurious farewell party or business dinner, and includes our prized six-piece sashimi platter, a hearty hotpot made with plenty of spring's representative fish, rockfish and sakura shrimp, as well as Uokichi's popular seared wagyu beef and rare salmon cutlet.
